Serving All of Kadingilan_
Websites, AI automation, databases, and IT support for cooperatives, schools, municipal offices, shops, and farms in Kadingilan, the "Green Haven of the South" on Bukidnon's southwestern edge. I'm based in Valencia City, so same-day on-site visits are often possible, with remote support any day.
The Green Haven on Bukidnon's Southwestern Edge
Kadingilan is a municipality in Bukidnon's 3rd district with 35,432 residents (2024 census) in about 8,000 households, spread across 17 barangays and 172 km². It's where Bukidnon meets its neighbors: the town borders Don Carlos, Dangcagan, Kibawe, Damulog, and Pangantucan, plus Cotabato to the south and Lanao del Sur to the west. A group led by Datu Mandaganasa first settled the land between the Iniawan and Pinalpalan rivers. After World War II, migrants arrived from across the country, and the area became a barrio of Maramag in 1945, later of Kibawe, before becoming its own municipality on August 16, 1971 under Republic Act No. 6368. The name is said to come from the native words "kadiay" (ours) and "matingilan" (temporary). It's still mostly a farming town, and rice matters enough that a proposed irrigation project aims to water some 6,000 hectares of ricefields. The LGU also runs a municipal market, slaughterhouse, and waterworks. Most of the work I'd do here is for farmers' groups and cooperatives, schools, barangay and municipal offices, and the stores in the Poblacion. (source, PhilAtlas)
Close Enough for a Same-Day Visit
Kadingilan sits southwest of my Valencia City base, about 39 km in a straight line and roughly 1 to 1.5 hours by road through Maramag and Don Carlos. That's close enough for a same-day visit when something urgent breaks, like an office network that's down or a PC that won't start before a payroll or reporting deadline. For planned work, I schedule ahead and bundle the wiring, hardware, and staff training into one trip.
Most of the work doesn't need me in the room, though. Websites, databases, automations, and account security are all done remotely. You get updates on Messenger or Viber and a live staging link while I build, and many PC and network problems can be diagnosed over a screen-share before anyone travels.
Why Kadingilan Clients Work With a Bukidnon Developer
Six reasons a cooperative, school, municipal office, or small business in Kadingilan gets good value from one developer in the same province instead of a city agency.
One Person, Whole Stack
The website, the member or inventory database, the automation, and the office network are all handled by one person. When something breaks, you make one call.
14+ Years of Engineering
Fourteen years of software development, secure IT architecture, and full-stack project work, now paired with hands-on AI automation, at provincial rates.
Sized for Small Budgets
Start small: a Google Maps listing, a simple records database, or one automation. Tools run on the phones and PCs you already have, and you add more only when the first step pays off.
Radical Transparency
Itemized quotes in PHP, live staging links, and full source and domain ownership at handover. No black box, no lock-in.
Privacy-Aligned by Default
Member lists, farmer IDs, payroll, and student records are personal data under the Data Privacy Act (RA 10173). Access control, encryption, and backups are built in from the start.
Support in Your Language
Post-launch support, maintenance, and handover documentation in English, Filipino, or Cebuano. I handle small fixes remotely first so you don't pay for a trip you don't need.

Coverage Across Kadingilan
To plan visits, I group Kadingilan's 17 barangays into three working zones. These are my own groupings, not official municipal divisions.
Town Center
Poblacion & CabadianganThe Poblacion had about 6,300 residents in the 2020 census and holds the municipal offices, public market, schools, and most stores. Cabadiangan, with about 4,500, is the second-largest barangay. Offices and shops here mostly need websites, Google Maps listings, records databases, and a reliable office network.
Mid-Sized Barangays
San Andres, Balaoro, Pinamanguhan, Pay-as & BagorFive farming communities with roughly 2,000 to 2,400 residents each in 2020. They benefit most from cooperative and farmers' association databases, harvest and payment summaries, store inventory, and apps that run on a basic Android phone.
Smaller Barangays
Bagongbayan, Sibonga, Salvacion, Baroy, Kibogtok, Malinao, Matampay, Kibalagon, Husayan & MabuhayTen smaller communities, each with roughly 650 to 1,600 residents, including areas toward the Cotabato and Lanao del Sur boundaries. Barangay offices, schools, and farmer groups here usually need simple, low-cost tools: offline-friendly records, a basic inquiry page, and help getting listed on Google Maps.

Kadingilan Service FAQ
Can you come on site to Kadingilan the same day?
Usually, yes. Kadingilan is in southwestern Bukidnon, roughly 1 to 1.5 hours by road from my Valencia City base via Maramag and Don Carlos. For urgent problems like a down network or a PC that won't boot, a same-day visit is often possible. Planned work such as wiring, hardware setup, and staff training is scheduled ahead so one trip covers everything. Websites, databases, and account security are handled remotely.
Do you serve Cabadiangan and the other barangays outside the Poblacion?
Yes. I cover all 17 barangays, including Cabadiangan, the second-largest after the Poblacion, plus San Andres, Balaoro, Pinamanguhan, Pay-as, Bagor, and the smaller communities near the Cotabato and Lanao del Sur boundaries. Remote work reaches anywhere with a mobile signal, and on-site visits are planned by area.
Can you build records for a rice farmers' association or cooperative in Kadingilan?
Yes. I build member databases for share capital, loans, input advances, harvest deliveries, and running balances, with board-ready reports. For irrigation or farmer groups, I can add farm lot and hectare records. The system runs on a basic office PC or phone, keeps automatic backups, and has access controls, because member records are personal data under the Data Privacy Act.
Can you help municipal offices and schools in Kadingilan with IT and records?
Yes. I set up office networks and Wi-Fi, troubleshoot PCs and printers, build simple records databases, and automate routine reports for barangay halls, schools, and LGU offices. Procurement rules for public offices apply, so I quote itemized in PHP and can work within your purchasing process.
Do you charge a travel fee for on-site visits to Kadingilan?
How do you protect member, student, or customer data under the Data Privacy Act?
Systems are built with role-based access, encrypted connections, and tested backups, aligned with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173). Your organization stays responsible for its personal data, and I can help draft a privacy notice and a basic breach-response checklist. I'm a developer, not a lawyer, so legal questions should go to your counsel or the National Privacy Commission.
Ready to build something in Kadingilan?
Whether you keep the books for a farmers' cooperative, run a store near the public market, or manage an office in the Poblacion, tell me what you're working on and I'll suggest a practical first step.
